Dasgupta Lectures at University of Chicago Law School

On Feb. 13, Taft partner Sohan Dasgupta, Ph.D., gave a lecture at the University of Chicago Law School on the current state of administrative law. Professor Jennifer Nou, a former Biden Administration Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) advisor, was a commentator during this lecture.

Dasgupta is a strategic and experienced problem-solver representing clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal and state appellate and trial courts, government agencies, state legislatures, and Congress. His practice includes trial and appellate litigation, public law, investigations, regulatory and compliance matters, and international disputes. Dasgupta served as the Deputy General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as Special Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education.
