Alexander Dennis adds Group Quality Director role to leadership team

Alexander Dennis, a subsidiary of NFI Group Inc., one of the world's leading independent global bus manufacturers, today announced that Paul Lewis-Horner has joined the company as Group Quality Director.

The newly created Group Quality Director role will be a key member of the Alexander Dennis executive leadership team, reporting to President & Managing Director Paul Davies. Paul Lewis-Horner will define and drive the quality and reliability strategy for the business, as the company increases its focus on enhancing operators cost of ownership and profitability, improving the lives of the travelling public and accelerating decarbonisation.

Paul Lewis-Horner has joined Alexander Dennis from Jaguar Land Rover where he most recently held the position of Programme Quality Director, reporting directly to the board.

Paul started his career in the automotive industry as a metallurgist, before moving into his first quality role and subsequently onto a series of senior leadership roles in the UK, Germany and China. Before more than a decade at Jaguar Land Rover, he spent over twenty years at General Motors.
