On April 10, 2024, Sarah M. Knickerbocker age 29 was arrested by New York State Police in regard to 2 vehicle personal injury motor vehicle accident on Bear Road, Town of Clay on February 2, 2024. Ms. Knickerbocker was arrested and charged with Vehicle Assault 1st, Aggravated DWI, and multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. Ms. Knickerbockers BAC results were .22. A BAC that is .18% or higher is Aggravated DWI in the State of New York. Ms. Knickerbocker was arraigned and ROR'd.
