Response to Dangerous Roadmap

Last week, a new and particularly alarming roadmap was announced by anti-abortion Members of Congress.

Dr. Jamila Perritt, President & CEO of Physicians for Reproductive Health, an ob/gyn in Washington, DC, responds.

"As our communities work towards building a future where they are able to live safely, with dignity and security, we continue to be gravely concerned about the anti-science, transphobic, xenophobic plans that anti-abortion legislators intend to implement in the coming years, including a federal abortion ban.

"Our community of physician experts know one thing is for certain: no matter who you are, no matter where you live, no matter where you were born, no matter how much money you make, and no matter your race, gender, sexuality, religion, or ability, you are equally deserving of living in safe communities where you have access to the resources to live healthy lives.

"These anti-abortion legislators are only committed to restricting people of their bodily autonomy and basic human rights."
