Are your prepared for severe summer weather for this upcoming summer season? Each year North Dakota identifies a week as Severe Summer Weather Awareness Week. In 2024, that week is designated as April 22 through April 26. For those who may have missed it or didn't have time, Bismarck Emergency Management would like to encourage you prepare before we would have any significant storm events. The National Weather Service provides for good information during Severe Summer Weather Awareness week and and throughout the year.
