Hilltop Horizon Specific Plan Study Session

We're re-envisioning long-term development of the 143-acre planning area which includes the former Hilltop Mall and surrounding properties. Provide feedback on the draft land use plan by attending the Planning Commission study session on May 16th @ 6:30PM

The City of Richmond Planning Commission will be holding a study session on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 6:30 PM PST to discuss the Hilltop Horizon Specific Plan. The City kicked-off the Specific Plan in 2021 and since then, the City has engaged the community and other stakeholders to identify a wide range of hopes and aspirations for the 143-acre planning area which includes the former Hilltop Mall and the surrounding properties to the south and east. The purpose of the study session is to receive the Planning Commission's feedback on the draft land use plan to be used for preparation of the specific plan document and environmental analysis. The general public is also encouraged to provide feedback during the study session.
