Memorial Day Holiday This Monday
Cary Town Hall and most staffed facilities will be closed on Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day. GoCary will operate on a Sunday schedule with Tier I-only Door to Door service, and curbside collection for the week will move one day later. Join us for the annual Memorial Day Remembrance at Veterans Freedom Park.

Jack Smith Dog Park Closure Wednesday
The Jack Smith Dog Park will be closed for maintenance (replenishing mulching) on Wednesday, May 25 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thanks for your patience while we make improvements to the park. In the meantime, please enjoy the dog park at Godbold Park located at 2050 Northwest Maynard Road.

Memorial Day Remembrance
Veterans Freedom Park | 2:30 p.m.
Join us at Veterans Freedom Park for a ceremony emceed by District C Council member Jack Smith as we honor those that have fallen while defending our freedoms. The ceremony will feature remarks from Cary Town Council members, special guest speakers from local veteran organizations, and patriotic music from the Cary Town Band. Limited seating is available.
