Landstar System Named a Best Midsize Employer by Forbes

Landstar System has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Midsize Employers for 2024. Landstar System is ranked 55 among the 600 companies that made the list, and the highest ranking in the Transportation and Logistics category.

Forbes used market research firm Statista to survey 170,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 to 5,000 employees.

On its website, the publication writes, "Survey respondents were asked to evaluate their employer based on a range of criteria, including work-life balance, compensation, gender pay equity, training programs, opportunities for career advancement, diversity and health benefits."

Statista also asked respondents if they would recommend their employer to others.
