How much it costs  

The vessel traffic services () fee is £57 including postage to a UK address. If you want your documents returned to an EU or EEA address it's £77 and it's £87 for anywhere in the rest of the world.

How long it lasts  

You'll need to revalidate your certification logbook at least every 5 years.

What happens next  

If you've supplied an email address to the , you will receive an email stating that your application, and any supporting documents you have sent, have been received.

The aims to assess logbook and endorsement applications within 14 days of receiving an accurately completed application and the relevant supporting documents.
