Practice

Dorian Ojemen is an IP lawyer with significant experience in a wide range of commercial litigation issues, involving patents, trade secrets, antitrust, and breaches of contract, in a number of different forums, such as federal and state court as well as the U.S. Patent Office. Dorian routinely drafts pleadings, handles depositions and completes complex research.

Dorian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
