Formella announces the identity of the two Hampstead Police Officers who discharged weapons during a shooting incident on March 18, 2024, in Hampstead, New Hampshire that resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to Robert Boulter (DOB 7/15/1972). Deputy Chief Adam Dyer and Detective Alan Randell of the Hampstead Police Department discharged their firearms during this incident.
