Continuing at Crescent: Changes made at new development

Revisions adjusting roads, infrastructure, and residential units are being made at a new development in the Township.

The Board of Supervisors on December 8 approved changes at the Crescent development located off Cool Springs Drive. Approval was granted for Preliminary Land Development and Final Phase 1A Land Development at the 115-acre site.

Phase 1 consists of 46 single family residential lots, 103 townhouse units, and 288 apartment units. Approximately 9,300 square feet of the development is designated for non-residential use.
