PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that Richard Hargreaves, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday notified the Company that he had made a series of related transactions for tax and estate planning purposes and to fund a house purchase for his daughter. On 6th and 7th April, he purchased a total of 44,398 common shares of $0.0001 each in the Company ('Common Shares') at an average price of 180.18 pence per Common Share. On 7th April, he sold a total of 186,002 Common Shares at an average price of 177.42 pence per Common Share. Further details of these transactions are disclosed in the tables below.

Dr Hargreaves has also informed the Company that one of his sons is no longer considered a dependant of his and therefore no longer qualifies as a person closely associated with him. This has reduced Dr Hargreaves' beneficial shareholding by 102,682 Common Shares.

As a result of these transactions and change to those family members classified as persons closely associated to him, Dr Hargreaves retains a beneficial holding of 1,241,998 Common Shares, representing 0.423% of the issued share capital of Company.
