Tisdale RCMP request assistance with identifying individuals revolved in theft of firearms

Tisdale RCMP are investigating the report of a theft from a local firearms store in Tisdale, SK, which was believed to have occurred earlier this morning at approximately 1:54 a.m.

Based on preliminary information gathered, officers determined three individuals wearing dark coloured clothing, appearing to be male in stature, broke into the establishment and stole between six to eight long-guns. At this time, police do not believe ammunition was stolen from the establishment. One individual was wearing a backpack on the front.

Through investigation, Tisdale RCMP identified the same individual wearing the backpack, was seen travelling in a silver Nissan Rogue at a local gas station at 1:49 a.m., minutes before the theft. Photos are attached.

Tisdale RCMP have been working diligently to identify the persons responsible and continue to follow-up on information provided to them. Officers are also conducting proactive patrols in the community to help maintain safety and gather any additional information that may assist with furthering the investigation.
