Washington, D.C. - Today U.S. Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) applauded the Department of Energy's (DOE) announcement that it will award $11,554,462 in grants to the University of Colorado, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Forge Nano to support advanced manufacturing research and development.
'America is at its best when it empowers our entrepreneurs and innovators with the tools they need to keep our country competitive,' said Senator Gardner. 'The Department of Energy's research programs have made the United States a world leader in science and technology, and this funding will help Colorado entities continue to be on the cutting-edge of research and development.'
