On April 26, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissed without prejudice the consolidated stockholder derivative lawsuits (Lead Case No. 2:21-cv-03876) filed against certain agents of Ocugen, Inc. and nominal defendant Ocugen, Inc.
