Hope Valley Barracks

On Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Jesse Boulais, age 37, of 1840 New London Turnpike, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Third Division Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department, 2.) Providence County Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Offense, and 3.) Providence County Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment for a Non-Criminal Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on the Center of New England Boulevard, in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed then transported to the ACI men's intake center.

On Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 9:08 PM, Troopers arrested Kevin Zuniga, age 32, of 22 Busby Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault, 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs First Offense - BAC Unknown, and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1st Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a road walker on Route 95, in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Fourth District Court date.

On Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 12:01 AM, Troopers arrested Richard Solgot III, age 33, of 90 Wilbur Avenue, Warren, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Schedule I to V 10 Grams or Less (Percocet), 2.) DUI of Liquor/Drugs - Blood Concentration Unknown-1st Offense, and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1st Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and misdemeanor released pending a future Fourth District Court date.
