Join your fellow SAG-AFTRA members for the 2021 Washington-Mid Atlantic Local Virtual Membership Meeting. This meeting will be followed immediately by a discussion about casting during COVID with casting director Pat Moran, CSA.

Come and hear the latest news and updates. Members will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions of elected representatives and staff. While the method of meeting may be slightly different, the community feeling will be the same. Hope to see you there!

RSVP: Reservations are required. RSVP below (you must be logged in to see the RSVP form below) by Friday, Oct. 22 at 6 pm ET. If more than one SAG-AFTRA member per household will be attending, each will need to RSVP individually.

Members must have a registered Zoom account in order to participate and will receive a unique Zoom link that is not transferable. We recommend participating from a location that has the necessary internet access for optimal viewing. Members will be expected to engage with professionalism and courtesy.

ABOUT PAT MORAN, CSA: Mid-Atlantic based casting director, Pat Moran, CSA has worked with national and international directors for many years. A longtime member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences - three times she was awarded the industry's highest honor, the primetime Emmy for outstanding casting in 2015 for HBO's VEEP, 2012 for HBO's Game Change and 1997 for NBC's Homicide: Life on the Streets, as well as nominated nine times for an Emmy in outstanding casting.
Pat was also nominated and accepted into the Casting Society of America, which honored her four times with their highest achievement the Artios - for HBO's The Wire in 2003, Something the Lord Made in 2004, in 2012 for HBO's Game Change and in 2016 for Straight Outta Compton. An experienced casting director and producer with a strong theater background, Pat has been involved in every aspect of film from pre-production to post.

This meeting is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA Washington-Mid Atlantic Local members in good standing (paid thru Oct. 31, 2021). No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. If more than one SAG-AFTRA member per household will be attending, each member will need to RSVP individually. RSVP is required prior to the above mentioned deadline for admittance.
