High school juniors and seniors from across Fresno Unified will have the opportunity to select professional dress items for free at the Suited For Success shopping event hosted by The Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools. As they prepare for summer internships, job interviews, collegiate events and other professional opportunities, students can choose from lightly worn suits, shirts, skirts, dresses and accessories. The items were collected during The Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools' second annual suit drive. This fun shopping event will also include food trucks, a DJ and volunteer clothing consultants to help students put together winning outfits.

To ensure more juniors and seniors can access the event, Fresno Unified's Transportation Department will shuttle students to and from area high schools.

"The foundation is committed to supporting our students and helping them achieve their full potential," said Wendy McCulley, executive director of The Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools. "By hosting a free business attire shopping event, we're demonstrating our belief that every student and their future careers matter, ensuring they have the clothing they need to open the doors to professional opportunities."

"As our juniors and seniors prepare to take their next steps into the world of work, college or other professional options, I am excited at this opportunity for them to dress for success, thanks to donations from our community," said Superintendent Bob Nelson.
