This is in continuation of Notice No. 20240229-14 dated February 29, 2024,intimating therein the Record Date fixed as 06.03.2024 by ORISSA METALIKS PRIVATE LIMITED for Payment of Interest and Early redemption of Debentures having Scrip Code 973506. <_o3a_p>

ORISSA METALIKS PRIVATE LIMITED has now informed that it could not redeem the Debentures as per Record Date fixed on 6th March, 2024 and have revised the Record Date to 25th March, 2024. Further, the Company has requested to resume trading in the debentures of the Company having Scrip Code 973506 due to revised Record Date.<_o3a_p>

In view of the above, Trading Members are requested to note that the Debentures having Scrip Code 973506 of ORISSA METALIKS PRIVATE LIMITED will be available for trading with effect from March 21, 2024 (DR-743/2022-2023).<_o3a_p>
