Weng Zuliang Visits Project Sites and Parks of Shanghai Baoye Group, MCC Baosteel and Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd.

On February 1, Weng Zuliang, Party Group Secretary and Chairman of China Minmetals visited the project site of Baoshan Renewable Energy Utilization Center of Shanghai Baoye Group Corporation Ltd. ("Shanghai Baoye Group" for short), the Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of MCC Baosteel Technology Services Co., Ltd. ("MCC Baosteel" for short), and the premise of Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. in his inspection tour, and expressed appreciation to the front-line officials and employees.

At the project site of Baoshan Renewable Energy Utilization Center of Shanghai Baoye Group, Weng Zuliang visited the Production Hall, Unloading Hall and core process equipment of the Main Control Building, and listened to its reports on project progress & performance, site management, work safety, technical innovation and Party building. He also put forward specific requirements for the building of high-end brand and the cultivation of core competitive advantages.

At the Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park of MCC Baosteel, Weng watched the 425-ton integrated, embedded molten iron transport vehicle with the world's largest load capacity and its assembly process, the "MCC mold" series products, advanced tooling for metallurgical operation services, special vehicles for metallurgical logistics, and energy-saving and environment-friendly new materials. He also observed the remote operation of mine scraper beyond the visual range, learned the application scenario and market prospect of intelligent metallurgical equipment of MCC Baosteel in detail, and inquired about the core technologies and key components of special metallurgical vehicles, life-cycle maintenance management, value-added services and driver training. During his visit, Weng communicated with relevant personnel and gave guidance on promoting high-end manufacturing and R&D of new materials, and accelerating the application of digital technology in the field of metallurgical operation services.

While at the premise of Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., Weng visited the Corporate Exhibition Hall, Safe House, JZ8000 Intelligent Workshop, CN4000 Intelligent Workshop, and Party-Masses Service Center. Besides, he listened to, from Shenzhen Jinzhou Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd., reports on production & management, technological innovation, lean management, and on "It's Time to Fight According to the Blueprint Drawn" themed activities and practices measured by five aspects of progress indicators. He also shared valuable opinions with relevant persons and gave guidance on conquering difficulties of technological improvement, digitalized upgrading, setting and efficacy of Safe House, and cultural activities of the TCC group. After the visits, Weng presided over a meeting where he fully appreciated the work of Shenzhen Jinzhou Precision Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Jinzhou Precision Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. and raised future expectations and requirements for them.

Participants of the visits included leaders of China Minmetals including Wang Shilei, Chen Jianguang, as well as leaders of its head offices including Zeng Gang, Liu Lijun, and He Ruijuan.
