Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 9:30 PM, Troopers arrested Austin Pereira, age 19, of 308 Columbus Ave, Pawtucket RI on a 1) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.

8.) ARREST: 24RIX4-569-AR LOCATION: COVENTRY At 1:02 AM, Troopers arrested Exequiel Martinez, age 27, of 42 Lincoln Avenue, Apartment 3, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement in High-Speed Pursuit - First Offense; 2.) Reckless Driving - First Offense; 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .08 - .10 - First Offense (Phase I: 0.098% & Phase II: 0.100%); 4.) Obstructing a Police Officer; and 5.) Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle pursuit that began on Route 6, in the City of Providence, and ended on South Main Street, in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight, pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
