40th Detached Double Red Banner Krasnodar-Harbin Naval Infantry Brigade awarded honorary Guards designation

For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the brigade's personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 40^th Detached Double Red Banner Krasnodar-Harbin Naval Infantry Brigade. From now on, it shall be referred to as the 40^th Detached Guards Double Red Banner Krasnodar-Harbin Naval Infantry Brigade.
