Check Out the City’s New TOT and Business Licenses Online Reporting and Payment Portal

The City's new Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and Business Licenses online reporting and payment portal is now live. Login instructions for the City's TOT customers will be mailed out next week or emailed to the email address on file. All other customers will receive their account login information at the end of May with the renewal notice.

Alternatively, the login information can be retrieved by accessing the online portal from the City's website by selecting "Pay Online". You will be redirected to http://southlaketahoe.hdlgov.comwhere you can select the following activities:

• Submit a Business License Application Online
• Renew current Business License
• Pay an outstanding balance for business license
• Close a business online
• Do Business Search
• Create or sign in to account profile
• Request Account Information Update
• File and Pay TOT
• Pay an outstanding balance for TOT
• Renew and Pay for VHR Permit
• And several others

The new online Short-Term and VHR Permit application process is coming soon.
