Jefferson County - The Town of Orleans, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed LaFargeville Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Ultraviolet (UV) Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the addition of disinfection to the treatment process at the LaFargeville Treatment Plant, new sand filter beds and other improvements mandated by Consent Order R6-2022-1227-36. The project is located 20634 Sunrise Avenue in LaFargevile, Town of Orleans, New York.
