Welcome to our new class of LEAPers!
For decades, HARMAN has remained an industry leader and trailblazer by continuing to advance innovations across automotive, audio and technology industries. From connected audio solutions that bring users together to create lasting memories to cultivating a next-generation, personalized in-car experience, we at HARMAN understand the value that leadership and forward-thinking bring to every endeavor. We're lucky to have found team members across the ranks at our organization who operate and innovate with that HARMAN spirit. Just how are we able to amplify the value of leadership within our organization? One of the many ways we seek out and develop leaders: the Leadership Experience Acceleration Program (LEAP), a two-year global program for early career, high-performing talent across functions.
Building on our inaugural LEAP Class (2018-2020) and the newly graduated second class (2019-2021), we at HARMAN are proud to announce the launch of our third class of the rotational program on July 19. This year's LEAP participants come from near and far, including both internal HARMAN employees and external candidates. The 11 LEAPers hail from three countries and will work across six functions and within multiple divisions of the HARMAN ecosystem
Each LEAPer will go through three rotations during the two-year program. In addition to the rotations, the early career professionals will get access to leadership development opportunities through mentoring, virtual and in-person learning events, and exclusive time with senior leaders at HARMAN. We at HARMAN take great pride in providing comprehensive support and tools to develop future leaders that are aligned with the HARMAN strategy, which, in turn, positions the company well to achieve our long-term growth goals. At the end of this LEAP class' journey, the LEAPers will have gained critical business skills, a strong network of professionals within the HARMAN family and the ability to adapt and thrive across different divisions and functions of the organization.
This exciting program is one that HARMAN continues to value deeply. A steady pipeline of leaders and innovators will only help HARMAN remain at the forefront of the world of global, connected technologies and solutions. Congratulations to the incoming LEAP Class!
