Clean bill of health for life sciences
At a recent PERE life sciences roundtable, Bill Abramowitz, Portfolio Manager for U.S. Cities Workplace, discusses with other participants the appreciation of the tenants in the life sciences sector with new geographic clusters emerging as demand grows.
The traditional definition of life sciences real estate was the R&D space where drugs or vaccines were created, but now there are multiple life sciences subsectors and a lot of crossover between life sciences, technology and the medical field. It's a much more diverse sector today.
