Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Friday, May 17, 2024, at 11:12 PM, Troopers arrested Kendra M. Frink, age 20, of 69 Potter Street, Second Floor, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, 2.) Giving a False Document to a Public Official, and 3.) Driving After Suspension of License - Certain Violations originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation, and Frink surrendering herself at Rhode Island State Police Headquarters. Frink was processed, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 1:21 AM, Troopers arrested Dinaurys D. Arias Ulloa, age 29, of 28 Ida Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2.) Giving a False Document to a Public Official. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Ulloa was processed at Rhode Island State Police Headquarters, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 1:54 AM, Troopers arrested Isaiah M. Diaz, age 27, of 132 Meadow Street, Apartment 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with a BAC .10 - .15 (Phase I BAC = .111, Phase II BAC = .097), and 2.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Garfield Avenue, in the City of Cranston. Diaz was processed at Rhode Island State Police Headquarters, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.
