At 9:10 AM, Troopers arrested Joseann Espanol, age 22, of 10484 Hunbury Street, Orlando, Florida for: 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for $5,000 With Surety Failure To Appear For Arraignment on the original charge of Driving After Denial, Revocation, Suspension For Certain Violations, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295, in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 2:20 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Hall, age 45, of 180 Babcock Street, Providence, RI for: 1) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Sexual Offender Registration, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Sex Offender Address Change, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department 3) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Breaking and Entering, originating out of the Providence Police Department 4) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Sex Offender Address Change, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department 5) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Sex Offender Address Change, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the ACI-Men's Intake Center.
