Negative Declaration

Niagara County - The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (NYS OPRHP), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Joseph Davis State Park Site Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the implemention of a site improvement project at the Joseph Davis State Park that will include reducing the impervious surfaces, adding paths for connectivity, improving disc golf amenities and adding a new playground. The project is located in the Joseph Davis State Park at 4143 Lower River Road in Youngstown, Town of Lewistown, New York.
