May Course of the Month: "How to Be a Considerate Coworker"

The HFC Talent Management Team is excited to announce a special learning opportunity in recognition of the May 14 National Decency Day. The course, which you can take any time, is called "How to Be a Considerate Coworker."

Lisa Cholnoky, a New York City-based graphic designer, created National Decency Day in 2019 as a response to the divisive public discourse around her, as well as in the news and on social media. Cholnoky discusses the three crucial points to interacting with decency. Our May course, "How to Be a Considerate Coworker," touches on aspects of all three topic areas:

  1. Active listening
  2. Better understanding
  3. Being compassionate
