UWO storytelling class's film draws from campy scares to push next-gen Polk

Polk Library is failing, and the 63-year-old building is in grave need of renovation.

If not addressed, the consequences could be (wait for it) horrific.

On March 10, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers announced that the project among his capital budget recommendations for the next biennium! UWO leadership and supporters are prepared to make the case for investment in the renovation-rebuild of Polk Learning Commons in the state biennial budget process ahead.

And instructor Grace Lim's Quest III class, "Telling Stories for Fun, Profit and World Peace," is doing its part. As part of their spring course work, students created a short film, ripped from a campy genre, to support revitalization of the library… before it's too late. It's below. Enjoy,… if you dare.
