Fiber och Elkraft i Norr AB joins VINCI Energies in Sweden

The company is specialized in the installation of electrical and fibre optic infrastructure. It employs 22 people and generates €3.2 million in revenue. This new acquisition strengthens VINCI Energies' business in Sweden.

Fiber och Elkraft i Norr AB was founded in 2011 by Jörgen Pääjärvi and Mikael Rautio. The two owners of the company remain managers. Enthusiastically, they state:
'Gaining the trust and having the opportunity to contribute to the development and presence of VINCI Energies in northern Sweden is exciting. We have a similar corporate culture and share the same values. We also share goals of growth and resilience. This translates into good perspectives for all our employees. '

It operates in Norrbotten, the northernmost region of Sweden. The engineering company's main activities are the operation and maintenance of power plants and power networks, as well as the building of transformer stations.

In Sweden, the network of VINCI Energies business units is federated by the global brands Axians, Actemium and Omexom, and the local brands Eitech, Emil Lundgren and INAC Process. Together, with their strong regional roots and culture of innovation, they are accelerating their customers' digital transformation and energy transition.

Emmanuel Dunat, Managing Director of VINCI Energies in Sweden, said: 'We warmly welcome the employees of Fiber och Elkraft to our network. Thanks to this synergy, we gain additional skills and we are stronger. This will be significant in working effectively with our customers and suppliers. Together we can play a leading role in the energy transition in northern Sweden. '

The acquisition does not change anything for Fiber och Elkraft i Norr AB's employees, customers and suppliers. Fiber och Elkraft i Norr AB will operate with the same name.
