INNG FY24 Needs Assessment Survey
This survey is open to all Indiana National Guard Soldiers, Airman, their Families and Title 5 Civilian Employees and provides the Office of Secretary of Defense, the National Guard Bureau as well as the Soldier & Family Program's Office insight as to your specific needs.
The survey link is open now and will extend on through March 31st, 2024, with data being shared to those 3 entities at that time for after action as well as analysis.
Participation is voluntary and takes approximately 15-minutes to complete. We encourage everyone to submit a survey and let your voice be heard on issues that matter most to you - our most valuable resource!
