Fan information for the Champions League match in Paris

BVB will play away to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-final at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday (kick-off 21:00 CEST). We would like to recommend all BVB fans travelling with us to read the fan information summarised below in advance of the trip in order to avoid problems on the day of the match.

Travel

By coach

  • All fan clubs and fan groups travelling by coach, who have registered their coach and received a parking ticket, can park in the away coach car park at the stadium.
  • If you arrive in Paris early on the day of the match, the coach company can also drop you off in the city centre and take an empty coach to the car park.
  • The car park opens at 9:30 CEST and closes at 17:00. Please note that access to the car park is no longer possible after 17:00, as the Paris police have set up a restricted zone around the stadium.
  • The address of the away coach car park (Géo André) is Rue du Commandant Guilbaud, 75016 Paris.

By car/minibus

  • The parking lot is exclusively for coaches. Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities for cars and nine-seaters at the stadium.
  • We therefore recommend using the parking lots and multi-storey car parks in the Paris city area and getting to the stadium from there by public transport.

By train

  • Coming from the city centre, take metro line 9 to Porte de Saint-Cloud station. Bus lines 22, 62, 72, PC1, 175, 189, 289 also go to Porte de Saint-Clou station.
  • The station is in the direct vicinity of the away entrance.

Meeting point

Due to local regulations, no official meeting point and fan march for BVB fans will be organised for this match in Paris.

Admission

  • The away area of the stadium opens three hours before kick-off.
  • Access to the stadium for away fans is via "Gate V" (Visitor) in Rue du Commandant Guilbaud.
  • Important: Tickets must be printed out in colour at the entrance. Access is also possible by displaying the ticket on your smartphone.
  • Only tickets purchased via BVB are guaranteed to be valid. Borussia Dortmund does not cooperate with internet platforms/third party providers (e.g. Viagogo, StubHub etc.). Tickets purchased on the black market are extremely unsafe for fans and may result in access to the stadium being denied.
  • Admission control and identity checks are primarily carried out by the security service. Admission and checks can also be supported/carried out by the police at any time.
  • At the entrance to the away section, the security service will distribute wristbands to all holders of a ticket for the lower tier. This makes it easier to distinguish between the lower and upper tiers.

Permitted fan paraphernalia:

  • Fence flags
  • Three megaphones (already allocated)

A drop-off point with limited capacity will be available at the stadium.

In the stadium

  • The away section in the stadium is located in blocks 101/102 in the lower tier and in blocks 301/302 in the upper tier. Please note that it is not possible to change between the upper and lower tiers.
  • Police units will also be present around the away section of the stadium.
  • As is usual for European matches, there will be free choice of seats within the seating blocks. If the seat indicated on your ticket is occupied, there will certainly be some free seats in other areas of the away section.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the stadium.
  • Please note that no alcohol is served in the stadium.
  • Both cash and credit cards can be used in the stadium.
