David Weekley Homes Named Builder of The Year at The 2024 HBA MAX Awards

Austin, TX (May 10, 2024): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, was named Volume Builder of the Year at the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin 2024 MAX Awards for the sixth year. Weekley also took home an additional six awards. These accolades bring the company's total to more than 860 awards for product design and 1,500 overall.

This is the sixth time for David Weekley Homes to be named the MAX Awards Builder of the Year. This recognition is all-encompassing of the sales and marketing, contributions and achievements throughout the year.

Additionally, Weekley was recognized with Best Product Design for The Panhandle in Adelton in the Volume Builder $350,000-$400,000 category, and The Countryside model home in Sunfield also won Best Product Design for the Volume Builder $400,000-$500,000 category. The builder's philanthropic CARE Program was named Charitable Project of the Year. Additionally, Nick Scovel was named Volume Builder Construction Manager of the Year, Kevin Powell was named Volume Builder Best Construction Superintendent, and Justin Allen was named Best Warranty Service Professional.

The MAX Awards are hosted by the HBA of Greater Austin's Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The awards honor builders, developers, remodelers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to the home building industry through specific achievements during the previous year.
