The CBCG Celebrates the Global Money Week

The CBCG will traditionally mark Global Money Week with a series of activities from 18 to 24 March 2024. This global event, held in 176 countries worldwide, aims to promote financial literacy, economic knowledge, and skills among children and young people.

This year's Global Money Week takes place under the slogan Protect your money, secure your future! with a focus on safe money management and highlights the importance of adopting a responsible and informed approach to personal finances by being aware of potential risks in the financial sector and protecting one's hard-earned money.

CBCG has been participating in the campaign since its establishment. This year, for the twelfth consecutive time, it will implement numerous educational programmes with kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and faculties. Through workshops, presentations, printed materials, and video material, it will explain the finance concepts we encounter every day.

As a socially responsible institution, the CBCG continuously works on financial education, thereby contributing to acquiring and improving the knowledge and skills necessary for making adequate financial decisions and wise money management.
