Cleary Shortlisted for ALB Korea Law Awards 2023

Cleary Gottlieb has been shortlisted for Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards' 2023 "International Deal Firm of the Year."

The firm previously won this award in 2021, 2020, 2018, 2017, and 2016.

In addition, nine deals on which Cleary advised have been named finalists:

• Debt Market Deal of the Year (Industrial Bank of Korea's Issuance of GMTN, KEXIM's Triple Tranche Notes Offering, KEXIM's GMTN Note's Issuance, Korea Development Bank's Issuance of Global Bonds, Kyobo Life's Issuance of Securities, POSCO's Triple Tranche Notes Offering, and SK Hynix's Triple Tranche Notes Offering)
• Equity Market Deal of the Year (SK Hynix's Convertible Bond Offering)
