March 12, 2024 - Los Angeles, CA -Compass, the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States by sales volume, announces the addition of Beverly Hills powerhouse celebrity agent Josh Flagg. A fourth-generation Angeleno, Flagg joins Compass with over a decade of luxury real estate experience and a proven track record servicing an esteemed roster of clientele, including A-list celebrities and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. With over three billion dollars worth of successful high-end transactions, including the recent sale of Rihanna's $10.3 million Beverly Hills home to UTA legend Tracy Jacobs, Flagg consistently ranks among the nation's top agents as well as recognized as a top producer across the highly competitive Los Angeles market. Flagg now looks to the future with Compass, bringing over $400 million in listings to the brokerage, including a $28.9 million Beverly Hills home located at 9463 Sunset Blvd. and the most expensive home in the history of Pasadena, 2 Oak Knoll priced at $32 million, along with several homes throughout Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the Pacific Palisades.

Flagg has represented several influential clients across the region, including notable builders, developers, business managers, and attorneys, as well as famous families such as the Gettys, the Bloomingdale's in the sale of the late Betsy Bloomingdale's $40M Holmby Hills estate to fashion designer Tom Ford, and the DeBartolos, former owners of the NFL's San Francisco 49ers. Additional high-profile clients include the late actor Matthew Perry, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Publishing Group, Jody Gerson, Tinder co-founder Justin Mateen, actress Suzanne Summers, "Curb Your Enthusiasm" executive producer Gavin Polone, and former Chairman of NBCUniversal Television and Netflix executive Jeff Gaspin.
Some of Flagg's recent notable achievements include the $40 million sale of 1001 North Roxbury Drive to StubHub founder Eric Baker and setting three records for the prestigious Flats neighborhood of Beverly Hills: the most expensive home ever sold, the largest piece of land, and the highest price ever paid for a piece of land.
A seasoned television star, Flagg is known for being an original cast member on Bravo's award-winning "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles," first debuted in 2009, and will celebrate the premier of the series' 15th season, airing soon. Flagg is also the longest-running cast member on the entire Bravo television network.

Flagg joins Compass' Beverly Hills office at a time when the company remains committed to enhancing its agent-centric tools and initiatives. Last fall, the company unveiled Compass AI, a machine-learning solution that empowers agents to create engaging listing descriptions and devise successful marketing strategies. Compass also recently launched an international referral program in collaboration with Barnes International, a prominent European brokerage firm.
