Two Men Arrested - Attempted Robbery , Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W - 16th January 2023

Gardaí have arrested two men following an attempted robbery at a premises in Dublin 6W yesterday, 16th January 2023.

The incident happened near Harold's Cross at approximately 9.25pm, when two men entered the premises with a knife and demanded cash from staff.

The men were unable to gain access to the tills and subsequently left the scene. No injuries were reported.

Gardaí carried out a number of enquiries and shortly after, two suspectes were identified. They were arrested nearby on the Lower Kimmage Road.

The men, both aged in their 30s, were later taken to Rathmines Garda Staiton.
