Ahead of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, marked under the UN umbrella on December 3, Vladimir Putin will hold a videoconference meeting with disabled persons and representatives of public organisations.

The meeting will focus on the social integration of people with disabilities, inclusive education, rehabilitation, state and private support for disabled persons, including combat veterans, their employment and the development of their professional skills and business competencies.
