Aleksey Sandikov attends meetings of IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Defense and Security Issues and Joint Commissions

The member of the RA NA delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS IPA), the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Aleksey Sandikov took part in the meetings of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Defense and Security Issues and the Joint Commission at the IPA CIS for the Harmonization of National Laws Related to Security, Countering Emerging Threats and Challenges.

The participants honored the memory of those who died as a result of the terrorist attack that took place on March 22 in the Crocus City concert hall in the outskirts of Moscow of the Russian Federation with a minute of silence.

During the meetings, a number of draft model laws regarding security issues were discussed and adopted.

The members of the participating countries presented their observations and proposals.

The meeting took place in the video conference format on March 28.
