UniCredit Leasing supports new premium taxi company

Thanks to the partnership between UniCredit Leasing, M Car Sofia and a group of investors, a new premium taxi service for the capital - Volt - was launched on 27 March 2024. With its premium BMW 5 Series hybrid vehicles, Volt promises future customers affordable luxury and comfort.

Volt's initial plans includes launching with over 200 premium hybrid and electric vehicles, with a long-term goal of reaching 400 vehicles. By placing the maximum number of vehicles, the company aims to maintain control over the quality and exclusivity of the service, as well as maximizing the work for its drivers.

The new service was created by Ognyan Popov and Yuliyan Mavrodiev, who define their client as "The Successful Man", these are the residents and visitors who appreciate a quality service at a good price, as well as corporate clients who want to ensure a comfortable and exclusive ride for their employees and customers. Their strive is to provide passengers a unique experience, not just a taxi service.

Volt drivers are always in uniform and open the door for their customers every time, and as a complimentary to the travelers, there's always complimentary water, premium magazines and luxury perfumes in the back of the cars. Passengers can customize their ride at the time of booking via Volt's mobile app, for example requesting a specific radio or specifying a ride in maximum silence and without speaking to the driver, or being greeted in a cabin that is warmer or colder, depending on personal preference. These and many other extras are intended to meet the requirements of a specific audience in the capital, thus the company does not compete with the mass taxi companies already available.
