According to the Board decision numbered 21-11/151-M, it was decided that a preliminary inquiry would be initiated about SPGPrints Baskı Sistemleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (SPGPRINTS). Having discussed the Preliminary Inquiry Report, the Board decided that additional work would be made. During the additional work process SPGPRINTS made an application for commitment.

The Board concluded that the commitment offered by SPGPRINTS was proportional to the competition problems detected, able to solve those, quickly realizable and efficiently applicable and decided that the commitment in question would be rendered binding for the undertaking and the preliminary inquiry would be ended.
