The Circuit Executive for the Fourth Circuit announced today that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit has selected William F. Nettles IV of Camden, S.C., to fill a vacancy for Federal Public Defender in the District of South Carolina upon the upcoming retirement of Parks N. Small.
