Committee Details

• All committee members will participate in an informational training.
• Committee meetings are scheduled by committee chairs and members. They can occur in person or virtually. Some committees meet more frequently than others.
• Mileage and some expenses are reimbursed to committee members, guided by the MNEA policies.
• Committee members are appointed by the MNEA President (unless otherwise specified by the Constitution and Bylaws). The president makes every effort to ensure equity in representation.
• Committee chairpersons are appointed by the MNEA President (unless otherwise specified by the Constitution and Bylaws). The chairperson's responsibilities are guided by MNEA policies.
