Learn about Police and Fire-Medical at Annual Public Safety Night

The Peoria Police and Fire-Medical Departments are bringing together family fun and safety education for the annual G.A.I.N. Public Safety Night. The event takes place on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 5 - 8 p.m. at Pioneer Community Park located at 8755 N. 83rd Ave. Kids of all ages will enjoy the chance to get an up-close look at police cars, fire trucks, specialty emergency vehicles and equipment. The event will also include displays from safety organizations, and a variety of kid-friendly activities including face painting and bounce houses.
