Marcus & Millichap Adopts Street to Commemorate 40 Years in Phoenix

PHOENIX, Dec. 4, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that it has adopted 40th Street in Phoenix between Camelback Road and Indian School Road to commemorate its 40th anniversary in Phoenix. Part of the Adopt-A-Street Program, the new Marcus & Millichap signage on 40th street is close to the firm's Phoenix office.
"Participating in the Adopt-A-Street Program in Phoenix is one part of a three-tier initiative we implemented to celebrate four decades of successful business on behalf of clients in this city," said James Crawley, regional manager, Marcus & Millichap. "In addition to adopting a section of 40th Street, we donated over 50 backpacks to Sojourner Center, a nonprofit providing shelter and support to women and children impacted by domestic violence and are donating 40-plus pounds of food to Almost There, a local dog rescue, this holiday season. Volunteers from our Phoenix office led our first cleanup of this section of 40th Street recently, and we are looking forward to many more."
