Delegation from the Swiss Federal Supreme Court visits the Federal Constitutional Court

A delegation from the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, headed by its Vice-President, Dr. François Chaix, visited the Federal Constitutional Court from 26 to 28 February 2023. The guests were received by President Prof. Dr. Stephan Harbarth, Vice-President Prof. Dr. Doris König and other members of the Court. The topics addressed in the working sessions included the discourse on the rule of law in Europe, religious symbols (inter alia in public spaces and at the workplace), the limits placed by constitutional law on political debate, and the principle of transparency in public administration.
