Public Notice: Proposed Lease
ADL 234089

Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Kenai A-5)

Subject to AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to Copper River Seafoods, Inc (CRS) for the continued operation and maintenance of a dock in support of CRS's seafood purchasing and processing business located in Ninilchik, Alaska. The site is located within the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 1 South, Range 14 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx 9 (scan QR code below) or is available in hardcopy upon request. All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 11:59 PM on JANUARY 5, 2024. To be eligible to appeal DNR's Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
